Around The Block- Otto Schade & Inkie

We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting an exhibition of works by two of the most illustrious artists of the urban art scene – Otto Schade & Inkie. This collaboration unites these notorious urban artists in a one off show.

Inkie has been producing artwork on the streets since the outset of the Urban Art scene in the early 80’s. Denounced as ‘Banksy’s right-hand man’ his work is characterised by a unique collaboration of graffiti and figurative imagery. His style draws on art nouveau influences with an urban twist.

Otto Schade or ‘Osch’ is a Chilean-German artist, architect and urban sculptor. He is influenced by abstract and surrealist art. The themes behind his compositions use iconic symbolism with a sharp, ironic touch. Otto’s paintings are characterised by ribbons, which are painted meticulously in layers to produce his imagery.

Exclusively for the exhibition artists will be working on an exciting collaborative piece and a launch of new limited editions prints.
